  3. Hi there,
Great review of the many effects that CBD and CBD oil has on the human mind and body. I have been using CBD and marijuana as medication for many years now. I have always loved the functional calm that CBD provides. As my day-time medicine, I take a 2:1 THC:CBD tincture as needed. The 1 part CBD helps to keep me from getting high and provides many other great calming benefits that help me stay focused and on task throughout the day. What would you say CBD oil has helped you the most with? Thanks again for the great post!

  5. I never even thought about CBD helping with acne! Last year I would do tincture in the morning, eat 2 CBD candies at lunch and another tincture at night. I will admit, my skin was clearer last year, but I also had diet changes so I’m not sure which effected my skin more! I do love CBD thought! It used to help me Zen out during work stress but I haven’t been using it as much in the last few months because of the cost. I have also recently heard that many brands of CBD do not put the actual percentage in their products as is printed on the label. Which is a bit of a disappointment. Is this something that you’ve heard of? Or could it be hearsay?
